Fly the site once
An ordinary camera drone flies a simple pattern over the site, taking photos that overlap each other. Each point on the ground appears in many photos, each time from a slightly different angle.
The overlapping photos from one flight over a site carry enough information to reconstruct the entire scene as a full 3D model. Fly through it on your screen, measure stockpiles, check roof lines, and drop it on a map with real coordinates. It works with an ordinary camera drone: the heavy lifting is maths and GPU time, not exotic hardware.

No laser scanners, no special rigs. The trick is that dozens of photos of the same place, taken from different angles, already describe its shape.
An ordinary camera drone flies a simple pattern over the site, taking photos that overlap each other. Each point on the ground appears in many photos, each time from a slightly different angle.
Photogrammetry works out where the camera was for every shot, then triangulates millions of points across the images. Gaussian splatting turns that into a scene you can move through smoothly, from any angle.
The reconstruction is heavy compute: hours of GPU work per site. That is the part that used to make this a specialist service. It is also the part that can be moved to the cloud.
Once the model exists, the site stops being a folder of photos and becomes a place.
Move through the model like a game level: orbit a building, drop to ground level, look under a roof overhang. Every viewpoint you did not think to photograph is still there.
Distances, areas and volumes come straight off the model. Size a stockpile, check a roof line, measure a boundary, without going back to site with a tape.
The model is georeferenced, so it sits on the real map at real coordinates. Line it up against boundaries, plans, or last month's flight of the same site.
Send a link instead of a photo dump. The person on the other end explores the same model you do, and sees the site as it actually stands.
